What can I do? I paid $808 bucks for brake pads and roterts on February 20th ans I completely TRUSTED Reeves , well I pick up my vehicle they tell me its ready and fee days later I go through a red light with my two kids in the vehicle with on coming traffic I was terrified ive never experienced brakes NOT working I had 2 kids in my vehicle and my dad , then I take my vehicle back to Reeves march 12th I believe and they said they didn't find anything wrong with the brakes and test drove my vehicle well Saturday march 21st I was in webb city coming to a stop light had both my younger kids with me and rear ended a vehicle I was screaming I have no breaks I have to breaks!!!!!!!! Luckily there was no damage done by the grace of god to the other person's vehicle 🙏, I took my vehicle back into Reeves that following Monday they test drove the vehicle and told me to go somewhere else!!!!! Please dont go to reeves!!!! Your life depends on it

Went in for an inspection. They said it would be an hour. Okay that’s fine. I sit there and three people are just standing at the front not doing anything. They come back after a while of waiting and tell me my vehicle doesn’t pass inspection due to a windshield crack. Which ok I get it. They say they will do the inspection and fail it and then I can come back for an all clear when it’s fixed. I chose to just wait until I fix it to do inspection since I’d be coming back anyways which makes the guy give me attitude. I brush it off. Second guy storms past me handing me my keys and doesn’t even say anything. As I’m driving home my hood starts coming up because they couldn’t even make sure that was latched. Because I chose to not give them $12 today they chose not to even make sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive. I almost got rear ended as I had to slow down to keep it from being in my windshield because they couldn’t take three seconds to ensure my hood wouldn’t fly up while I was driving.

Had brakes and rotors replaced on 10/29/25 and took them over a day to get the truck done. They told me I needed new parking brake pads as well so I said go ahead. Well they had to order them so I went back 11/19 to get those done. They never called to let me know the parts were in or else I would have come back sooner. Sat in the lobby for 2 hrs before they said it was going to be all day and I had no ride. Luckily they were able to give me one. About 2 hours later they were done. Fast forward about a week or so and the wheels squeak when they roll. Took it back in and they did something to fix it, allegedly. Guy says as I'm leaving, hope we don't see you again! I thought that was a bit rude but i let it go. It was good for a bit but then started squeaking again. With the holidays I finally was able to stop in 12/29. Explained the issue, received attitude and was told no one could look at it for at least an hour. I declined and said i'll be back another time. Idk what time do now. I spent about $1000 on brakes and rotors and another $200 for parking pads and now the wheels squeak even though they didnt before all this! I just want my truck repaired correctly and not treated like

Needed really nice hardware for my Aluminum New Racing maggs. They had plenty for me at a good price. Looks SssOoooo Great 😃. They're always there for my needs and have Good Information about whatever I'm doing 🎉

Ryan and his team did an AMAZING job installing a lift & new tires on my wifes Jeep. The quality & speed of the job they did was very impressive. I will take all of our vehicles to Ryan and his team at Reeves Tire & Auto, and encourage everyone I know to do the same. Thank you Ryan for making our experience nothing short of exceptional!
